It all started when...

I launched Durphey Events in April 2014 with a vision to start producing events that mattered, something with substance and something that would create a lasting impact way beyond the time attendees arrived back to their original destination. While also becoming increasingly aware of the carbon footprint in the events industry and the implications for the future generation. I wanted to transform the traditional idea of corporate events into an event that could serve the triple bottom line - people, profit, and planet. Why couldn’t an event be planned with more than one focus? Where was the consciousness behind these decisions that could leave substantial marks on the generations to come? 

As a conscious dreamer & forward thinker, I set out to create a new standard around the idea of business events. My experience working with larger corporations to coordinate their meetings and events has advanced my skills to design more than an event but notable experiences. 

Durphey Events aspires to become an event planning company that teams with socially responsible and those who use their business as a platform for good to produce better events that align with their goals to improve our future generations.
